Shipping Policy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to correct the issue before it ships

All our products are shipped and delivered by well-known companies across the United States such as USPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Cost

We provide free shipping.

Transit, Handling, and Order Cut-Off Time:

Handling time is 1 to 2 Working Days (Monday to Saturday)
Transit time is 7 to 10 Working Days (Monday to Saturday)
Order cut-off time will be 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Eastern Time (US)

 

To pack every single order, we use strong boxes with internal protection to guarantee safety through the shipping process.

If you received a tracking number via e-mail, it means that your order has been processed and shipped to the distribution facility. As soon as your tracking information changes from "On Its Way" to "In Transit", it only takes about 8-12 business days to arrive for Shipping.

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at bill@jewelrynu.com

Change of Address

Once it has begun to be transported, we cannot alter the delivery address. Within 24 hours of placing your order, send us an email at bill@jewelrynu.com, if you need to change the location where your order will be delivered.

Cancellations:

If you decide to cancel your order before receiving it, you may do so at any time prior to the goods being shipped out. Please see our refund policy if an order has already left the warehouse.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If at all feasible, please refuse the delivery of a damaged package from the courier and contact our customer service. Please get in touch with customer care to discuss your options if the package was delivered to someone else while you were not there.
